STEM Stairway is a nonprofit organization driven by a passionate team of high school students with expertise in various STEM fields. Our mission is to empower the next generation of STEM leaders in the Bay Area by providing accessible education, fostering innovation, and creating opportunities that prepare students to fast-track through their high school courses. In addition to igniting interest in STEM subjects, our non-profit is driven by a desire to support the children in our community, drawing from our own experiences of how early exposure to STEM shaped our own paths.

We understand firsthand the transformative power of early education in STEM and its potential to open doors to limitless opportunities. By offering mentorship, resources, and guidance, we aim to provide a supportive environment where children can explore their interests and talents in STEM, regardless of their background or circumstances.
